I hope to have the opportunity to work with you and your loved ones as you make your way towards an UNRESTRICTED relationship with food, nutrition, and overall health.
I look forward to working alongside you!
Welcome to UNRESTRICTED NUTRITION!
As the founder, I am delighted you are here, and I hope our expert outpatient nutrition services offer exactly the support you need.
My Professional Journey I have been a Registered Dietitian since 2006, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutritional Sciences from Rutgers University and completing my dietetic internship with the Rutgers School of Biomedical and Health Sciences. My clinical career began at the Center for Eating Disorders through Penn Medicine Princeton Health, where I spent three years treating patients of all ages in inpatient and partial hospitalization settings.
Following a hiatus to serve in the Peace Corps in Cameroon, West Africa, I relocated to Denver in 2012. There, I joined the Eating Recovery Center (ERC) of Denver’s Child and Adolescent Program. During my eight-year tenure, I advanced to become a Senior Clinical Dietitian and the company’s Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the treatment of Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID).
Specialization & Leadership In 2020, I launched UNRESTRICTED NUTRITION to bring high-level expertise to private practice. My mission is to help clients make peace with food while providing specialized consulting to treatment centers and providers. As a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist and Approved Consultant (CEDS-C), I am dedicated to setting the standard for care in our field.
Training the Next Generation Beyond clinical practice, I am passionate about education. I have trained countless professionals across all levels of care on ARFID best practices. My contributions to the field include:
Developing admission assessments and treatment protocols for ERC.
Co-creating and leading "Mastering ARFID," a comprehensive training for dietitians.
Creating the online course, "Treating ARFID: The Newest Eating Disorder on the Block."
Developing a certification program for Certified ARFID Specialists.
Our Growing Team To meet the needs of our community, UNRESTRICTED NUTRITION expanded in 2022 and again in early 2025. We are now home to four exceptional dietitians who provide expert-level care under my clinical supervision. We are proud to serve the Greater Denver Metro Area and beyond.
